- 1 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 2 pinch(es) ground pepper
- 2 mangoes
- 2 bananas
- 200 grams oranges
- 200 grams red grapes
- 100 grams pineapple
- 100 grams cut papayas
- 1 ounce(s) lime, juice only
- 0.25 cup(s) superfine sugar
- 200 ounce(s) kiwi fruit
Indian Fruit Salad Directions
- Peel and seed mangoes and cut flesh into thin slices, reserving any scraps. Peel and diagonally slice bananas. Peel and section oranges, working over a bowl to catch juice.
- Halve and seed both black and green grapes.
- Peel and halve papaya, scoop out seeds and cut flesh in to slices, reserving any scraps.
- Put fruit in a serving bowl and stir sugar and scraps of mango and papaya in blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade and process until smooth.
- Add lime peel and pepper.
- Pour over fruit and chill at least 1 hour before serving with yogurt.
